FAQ

To begin, if you have not already done so, please sign up for an account on our website. Once your account is created, take some time to explore our live competitions and select the ones you wish to enter. Each competition will feature a ticket selection option; choose the number of tickets you would like to purchase, add them to your basket, and proceed through the checkout process.

Instant win competitions are won by buying tickets into the competition. These ticket numbers will be randomly generated. If your ticket number matches one of the instant win ticket numbers for your chosen competition, you win a prize!

You can easily find the date and time of each competition draw on the entry page for the respective competition. Rest assured, every draw will take place as planned, no matter how many tickets are sold.

We utilize Google’s random number generator to select our winners, ensuring complete transparency for our participants. You can also view the live draws on our Facebook page!
